📄️ Account Types

By default, accounts created in the platform are considered to be trial accounts. Those accounts, which were created before commercial release, also become trial.

📄️ Account Statuses

Platform accounts can have different statuses:

The platform makes sure that account passwords are regularly updated through the automatic deprecation mechanism. By default, passwords expire after 180 days (with several heads-up notifications) and need to be renewed to restore access to the account.

📄️ Quotas System

While working with the platform, you can notice some features being completely or partially restricted (e.g. public IP option or number of cloudlets per container) by your particular service hosting provider. In most cases, such limitations are provided for trial accounts only, so upgrading will automatically unlock access to all of the platform functionality.

📄️ Two-Factor Authentication

The platform allows configuring a **two-factor authentication** (2FA) to add an extra security layer for your account.

📄️ Personal Access Tokens

Personal Access Tokens are an alternative approach to authenticate API requests in the platform, which, in comparison to the default session-based method, provides greater versatility and reliability.

📄️ Upgrade & Refill Account

After the initial trial period, if you are satisfied with our product and wish to continue to use the platform, your account should be upgraded to the billing one. The conversion will additionally remove any limitations and provide access to all of the available functionality.

The platform can give you automatic discounts for your resource usage depending on the amount that you consume (so higher volume usage is automatically cheaper). The availability and the level of discount depends on your chosen hosting provider and the specific resource:
